The floor is messy, the breakfast feels like they said "we need to make it as cheap as possible," plus you have to pay for Internet in your room, 7 for 24 hours for 1 device and you cannot stop the timer, the customer service is dreadfull, I asked if we can extend the checkout time by a hour so we don't rush, they responded with "NO you have to pay 10 to increase the time," they try to squeeze every penny out of you, in the elevator there is a dirty carpet on the walls and the floor, there are two sets of buttons, one doesn't work and it's still there. In the pool it's dirty like they never try to clean it.
