Incredibly stressful experience looking for cars here. Extremely high pressure sales technique involving "going to speak to my manager" and disappearing for long periods. Lied about car spec & then when he said could get car from Chertsey branch with spec we wanted then tried to pressure us to giving a commitment to buy it. Why can't these people just tell you the info you need without all the messing about apparently asking his manager of things pretending they are on your side & wasting your prescious time. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Not worth the hassle!

Fantastic welcome, no pressure to by as was originally just looking. Staff extremely knowledgeable and allowed test drives of multi vehicle's to decide what was favourite model. Was looked after by Calvin, who went above and beyond. Got a great deal and great car thank you all involved. Would recommend
