I attended the business premises of Bentleys after numerous texts and phone calls about a E Class Mercedes Estate . This car was in top notch condition throughout . I was never pushed or bullied into a purchase about the car . I went on a test drive I the car with Jeff/ brother of Jack , owners of the company. Enough said I secured the purchase of the car with a deposit.I returned home then followed up a few days later to complete the purchase . I had previously arranged a HP Loan got the car. However Jeff saved me 600 by arranging alternative finance.Having arranged a agreement to collect the car it was in immaculate condition. Within 2 days of collecting the car there was a problem with the coolent system. Jeff took this on board and arranged the matter to be dealt with in house without dealing with a Warrenty .It was established rthat my car had a faulty pump, this matter was taken upon Bentleys who arranged for the repair to be carried out there and then.On conclusion of my purchase I would like to add the following, I am 70 years young, I have purchased 12 cars in my life but a I have never had purchase or after purchae quality in any one of them !!! Thank you.
