My dad brought a Ford kuga couple months ago he absolutely loves is car Russell was very friendly and helpful always went the extra mile for us then today 13/10 I went for myself and had no luck with garages in the past but this garage went out of its way to help me Russell is a top bloke again went the extra mile help me found my little auto so me and my dad highly recommend this garage can not fault it at all thanks Russell for everything
This was the second car we bought from ocs. I bought the first one for myself about a year ago and was so happy with it I returned to them for my daughters first car. They have a great selection and they are all well presented. Its nice to find somewhere that still takes pride in what they do. Thanks again guys!
OK,I do understand the ideas behind 'Sold As Seen' and Buyer Beware But unless you are a good mechanic and fairly handy with the tools, I would steer clear.of these very friendly car sales people.My 'Lady owner Full service History car I bought for my wife, had the worst brakes I have ever seen, the very definition of Death Trap. I had a feeling it needed a lot of work for the MOT. But a more un-suspecting or trusting customer would have been left with a very dangerous car.Buyer Beware!I have the old brake discs and pads if people want a picture.
Buying my car from here was fairly painless and straightforward, until it malfunctioned shortly after. Having purchased a warranty from them, I called for some guidance but they seemed keen to pass the buck, which I was disappointed by as they'd seemed more helpful when I wanted to buy the car. The garage they recommended for repair work were unhelpful and not overly polite, and claimed there was nothing wrong with the car, which was incorrect as it broke down two days later and it cost me 100 at another garage to fix what had clearly been a problem for months (and before I purchased the car).I then found my car clamped because, despite their assurance they would do so, OCS did not send off the paperwork to the DVLA to register my car and I didn't receive a letter to re-tax it. The vehicle was untaxed and clamped and it cost me 100 to have the car unclamped.All in all, this garage has cost me, so far, an extra 200 out of pocket because of what I consider to be poor work. A real shame. I wouldn't recommend.
Friendly customer service. Very patient with a fussy daughter. Bought two cars off them in the last couple of weeks, pleased with both and very good prices for second hand cars to suit allpockets
