Terrible Customer Service. Purchased an expensive commercial Microwave from them, the handle broke after minimal use.Contacted Ascot wholesaler who made it extremely difficult to get it repaired under the warranty which I was clearly owed. they charged me 120.00 for a callout and 32.81 for a handle as according to Ascot the engineer said the door was "smashed" and the door handle and door choke are apparently not covered by their parts only warranty? reluctantly I had to foot the bill for thisAscot then failed to even communicate with the manafacturer in order for them to collect the microwave, I even had to get the number from the customer service rep to do this myself as he failed to even perform this simple task further adding to the frustrationAscot then failed to liase with the manafacturer to arrange redelivery of the repaired microwave despite having delivered it in the first place, it took over 2 weeks. It seems that I am not the only one with a similar experience regarding Ascots dealings with warrantyI Will never purchase catering equipment from this company in the future and will strongly discourage people I meet from ever using them. Disgusting attitude, customer service and just plain thieves.

DO NOT USE!!!! bought a 'lockable' drinks cooler for an office premises which lasted about 1 month until the 'lock' fell off. tried to call to discuss and all they wanted was to come out and look at it. Terrible customer service on a product that cost over 500!would not recommend to anyone
