High standard of care but takes an eternity to get through on the phones, even if non-urgent routine appointment required. Please ditch the appalling hold music too
You call for an appointment and get brushed off as if it was nothing you had; I'm dreading to call them every time because they make you feel awful as if you had no right to give them a call unless you've got a cleaving wound or are 70+ years. A phone call really is going to help with listening to lung sounds and all that.
Fantastic surgery, the receptionists are polite and understanding and the experience I have had with the doctors have been great!
