Much like Old Basing its hard to get an appointment, you never see the same doctor and leave with no progress! Honestly easier to queue up and wait at A&E. I genuinely had a better and more personal service when I lived in London. Looking forward to moving house in january because Im afraid I have nothing positive to say about these sister practises. Hopeless! Go elsewhere!!! If they cant cater for the patients they have, they shouldnt accept anymore onto their books!
Never had an issue. Other than having to pay for parking in busy times.
Absolutely horrendous. I know I was spoilt rotten having Dr. Shand as my GP, yet nothing excuses Dr. Ezeh. Dr Ezeh avoids eye contact, I only really saw her back, then she said she was running late, had other patients to see, and couldn't make time for me. A brick wall would have been more helpful, more sympathetic. I don't like going to doctors, don't want to waste their time. I only go when absolutely necessary. I'd rather die in misery than see Dr Ezeh ever again
