Good independent Mercedes garage. Use genuine parts so no affecting warrantee and a very professional and friendly team. They have a reception area with free WiFi so you can work there if you need to (which given its location if a boon) and /or they have a loan car scheme so you are not stuck there. I prefer Tim Purslow over my local dealership, even given its not central location and additional drive, mostly because I dont trust my local dealership.When you are driving there you have to keep an eye out for the gate in, but once you look properly its clearly marked.Been there for my last 2 services and will continue to do so.
