Roy is a wonderfull guy. Never met, but have called himself a number of times in regards to my 1966 Mustang, which he had worked on extensively before my ownership. So helpfull & knowledgable on diagnosis of certain issues I had. Was always willing to talk even though I had not paid for the work he had done on the car, due to the work being done in it's previous ownership. Thanks Roy for your time.
From my first visit to The Mustang Workshop the level of service I've received is top notch. When additional work has been needed, I've always received a call and a quote. When I've picked up my car, the work that has been carried out has been explained and shown to me. I've recommended their services to large numbers of people.
Bought by 65 Mustang Coupe from The Mustang Workshop a few years ago and Ive been taking it back for servicing and upgrades ever since. Like many others, I wont take it anywhere else. The advice is always honest and upfront so you know where you stand. Whether youre after a small job or a full restoration any time you spend on the waiting list will absolutely be worth it! I have known Roy and his team for over 5 years and I can honestly say that the quality of the work, the customer service and the general good feeling you get when you walk in to the workshop are second to nun. I run the South Coast Muzzers and nearly all of our membership turn to Roy for help advice and indeed guidance when purchasing a Mustang. Repair costs are what you expect from quality workmanship and you are always kept in the loop if more work is required during your cars visit.I have no hesitation in awarding five stars. After buying my classic Mustang I wanted to get it checked out to see whether there were any issues. Fortunately I found Roy was based near me and was able to get it booked in for a checkup.Not so fortunate was that there were quite a few things which needed addressing, but Roy very clearly listed all of the work required and associated costs, and also helped prioritise what needed doing first.Over the last year or so my car has been back to Roy for various fixes and upgrades, and throughout Roy has clearly explained the options and made recommendations, but he never forces anything to be done - it is always my choice and final decision, but I always appreciate his input based on his immense knowledge and experiences.I would highly recommend The Mustang Workshop to anyone.
