Complete shambles. Lots of cars all over the place so mucky we were covered in mud. Car we booked a test drive with inaccessible and no hurry to move it. Visible dents etc not in description. Heavy use of perfumed air freshener very unpleasant & left to wonder what it was covering! Did not get a good feeling at all so left without the test drive
Very professional and courtious service.Helpfull staff, not pushy at all and give you space and time to look around. I would recommend if you're looking for honest dealers who care about their customers.
I bought a car from Maxprime Motors and everything went very smoothly and quickly. I was a little disappointed with the valuation on my old car so they gave me some time to sell it privately and in the end I decided to leave it with them. They even helped me with the documents to transfer my private plate. Very good customer service!
GREAT SERVICE! RECOMMENDED XXXI came in looking for a vehicle for my 17 year old daughter.I have spent the weekend looking and visiting various dealer sites, in some cases I was shocked with the sales people as well as the vehicle I went to see.When I got to Maxprime I found a vast number of vehicles with a wide variety of choice . I was approached by a gentleman (Alberto) ho promptly made himself available to help me.I was given the keys for the vehicle and offered a lovely cup of coffee, this was a great gesture especially as it was a very cold day.Overall Ime and my daughter had a great experience and are extremely happy with the vehicle acquired.Would definitely recommend!L Harber
Me and my boyfriend recently bought a car from Maxprime Motors. The sale advisors there were very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to take the car on finance and they went over and above to make sure we get everything sorted on the day so we can leave with the car due to us travelling very far.
