I've been going here for years . But staff not attentive in the lounge you wait ages for a drink. Such a shame ... seems to be slipping it's standards... food good though .
Just been for coffee and snack what great service. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Manager came over again so pleasant. Love it everytime we go so good to sit and relax. Passing the afternoon yes 5 stars
Wonderful experience. We celebrated an 80th birthday and the food, service and atmosphere was marvellous. Thank you for making us feel special.
Excellent quality food with a menu that matches the splendid wood panelled dining room. It loses a star for attention to detail. A really noisy cutlery draw (that made me jump on more than one occasion) and incorrect drinks orders are silly things that detracted from an otherwise lovely evening.
Quality Location, The Buildings Character & Views are Excellent. The Staff always Friendly and Helpful . Very Good Standard of Service. Food Normally Top Class & Wine List Extensive . Good Valve Lunch time Menu. Great place to Celebrate.
