I have had Mini Insurance for 2 years and renewal is due from 8th September 2015. The renewal quote came through and I did not accept it as it far exceeds any other comparable quote from reputable companies. Can Mini Insurance get the point - CERTAINLY NOT - even when I send an e-mail asking for them to confirm that renewal will not take place from the 8/9/15 they still send a reply thanking me for taking out insurance. This is despite phone calls as well. Another call will have to be made tomorrow to them with a bit more forceful accent, hopefully they will get the point. I am not impressed.
