Not good. I look like I've been attacked by a lawn mower. I had a bad feeling listening to the way Carole spoke to a young staff member, and talked down to me. Sadly, it was dark in the salon, after 6.45 pm,and I have really bad eyesight, didn't realise until later the mess that woman had made of my hair. A total nightmare
