Great atmosphere and top equipment
I've been going to ArenaFit for just under two years now and would highly recommend them to anyone.Sam and his team make a real effort to keep the gym as welcoming (and clean!) as possible. I've asked Sam for advice a few times and he has always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait to use any equipment and there's a good selection with more being added all of the time. Parking is never an issue and the location is so convenient.
Visited here while checking out gym options in my area. Lovely little gym, very friendly and helpful staff and a great atmosphere. A bit out of the way but worth it. Will be joining up once I find 5 minutes in my schedule!
Sam is a top PT and is a master of his trade. Since taking over the facility he has updated it to be an arena of cutting edge equipment that is carefully selected to enable members to reach their peak fitness. It has a great atmosphere and welcomes everyone of all abilities with whatever fitness goal they have. Sam is doing an admirable job of running Arenafit and his passion is there for everyone to see. Loving what Sam and the team are doing with the new facility. I joined when it opened early this year to help kick start my new year fitness regime.Love the atmosphere and the bootcamp membership seems great value for money so far.Great to finally have a proper gym in Hook. Keep it up Arena Fit!
