Amazing service from Steve and his team from Blue Design kitchens. We are so pleased with the end result. From start to finish everything went to plan. The tradesmen turned up when they said. Clean, tidy and top quality workmanship. Highly recommended. A star. All ran like clockwork.
It's fair to say that Steve and his team transformed the kitchen area in our home. I found everyone to be polite, punctual and professional. They offered good advice and the workmanship (including some building work) is first class. I had no problems contacting them even when some 'snagging' was required after the final payment had been made and we have all the improvements we asked for. I can (and will) highly recommend them.
We have been waiting for a long time to have our kitchen done and were very apprehensive about it all but we are absolutely delighted with the kitchen that Steve and the team at Blue Design Kitchens have designed and delivered.Steve was calmness and patience itself, answering all the questions and concerns we had with reassurance and confidence that everything would be fine - and it was. He took the time to really understand our requirements and came up with some really neat design tweaks that have made such a difference. His communication with us throughout the whole process was fantastic and really made the process as seamless and painless as possible. We were a bit sad when it was finished as we had got used to him being around.The team he brings along is also top grade - each is a skilled tradesman in their field, arrive as planned, are efficient and effective in their work. They were happy to discuss and depending on the impact accommodate adjustments in the installation. As a kitchen team they were great and I would also have them back as individuals for specific jobs without question Steve really delivered on the brief of 'classic but with a contemporary feel' and we can't recommend him highly enough.
We would like to say how really pleased we are with our new kitchen, we love it! A big thank you to Steve and his team for doing an absolutely amazing job. Steve managed the whole process extremely well so there were no delays in the refit process. Nothing was a problem to sort out, including getting a special tap in for us to meet the plumber's deadline. All of the tradesmen used were nice, friendly and tidy. Steve also co-ordinated with other trades, including Just Quality Flooring of Hook, who have also done a fantastic job.Steve gave us plenty of advice before and during the process, about maximising the space and getting the best from our chosen fittings while still managing our budget. He was happy to talk about all the options for colour schemes to make a dark room look much brighter (which has totally transformed our very dated and tired-looking kitchen in to something truly modern).
I have used Blue design kitchens on a number of projects as we run a medium size business with seven offices, all of which have fitted kitchens for our employees to use. The quality of the product and finish supplied are exceptional and all within a very competitive budget. Steve is very knowledgeable and I cannot recommend Blue Design kitchens highly enough.
