Whilst it makes me so sad that I am in a position to leave this review I feel it is so important that I do. We were treated with so much warmth and compassion at one of the most difficult times of our lives. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to not just recommend but advise the use of Dignity Pet Crematorium in your time of need. The service they provide is so important & I can not thank them enough. We were touched by the look of empathy in their eyes, the time they gave us to say goodbye and the very kind words they said for our beloved baby girl as they proceeded with her, I am going to say, funeral. I am still utterly grief stricken but I can not thank them enough for making a difficult time that much easier. From the bottom of mine & my husbands grateful hearts we thank you for the service you provide and the tender loving care you showed our little furry daughter

Dignity treat you like family, they collected my beloved Dog Diesel, and took care of him until i was ready to collect his Ashes. They discuss everything over the phone with you, and go through costs, and different options. They are very sympathetic, and make you feel supoprted through the process. The service when you collect your pet is also really personal, and they spend time chatting to you, showing you what the Ashes are presented in. The grounds are lovely and relaxing, and a pleasure to walk around.

The whole experience of saying Goodbye to our Labrador, Tommy, was made all the more bearable due to the wonderful, caring staff at Dignity. Emma, Georgia and Jaime granted every wish we had for the cremation. They showed exceptional patience and understanding as my son wished to be involved as much as possible with the cremation of Tommy whom he considered a brother as they had grown up together. I could not recommend Dignity more highly. Thank you for giving our beloved Tommy the loving and graceful ending he deserved.

I used Dignity pet crematorium for the first time for our beloved dog Jazz, and I can honestly say they made a very difficult time more bearable, they explained all the services very clearly, we opted for a same day attended which was conducted with great respect.Thank you very much.

We have used Dignity for over 20 years now. When we lost our first family dog some 20 years ago we were distraught and dignity made the process so much more bearable. Since then we have lost 3 more dogs a rabbit and a guinea pig and more recently our beloved 20 year old cat. The kindness compassion, and first class customer service really does help and more importantly knowing our animals have been in safe hands means a great deal. I have to say the booklet Dignity produce and what they offer in way of urns or other ways to say goodbye is exceptional. We love the cat casket and the paw print it made me cry but good tears.
