My entire wardrobe is full of these amazing, quirky and well made dresses.
So wifeys birthday coming up and she wanted a dress, we have already brought a Lyra from Lady V and it fits perfectly. So we chose a different design this time and when it turned up it was beautiful, well made but too small. My wife has a rather large bust so a normal size 18 was a little snug! My wife chose another dress and we returned the one we had ordered. I emailed the help desk as I was keen to pay the difference in price to try and speed up the returns process and it all started to get a bit complicated! So I called the help desk and spoke to a fantastically helpful lady! I explained I had emailed her colleague to try and speed things along so she put me through, a quick chat and the whole situation was well in hand and I felt confident I had nothing more to do! They would call me and take additional payment and resend our new order!Queue wifey emailing me to say Ive been looking and I quite like this dress! Spanner in works completely thrown! Another quick call and the girls have helped no end! The dress we wanted to exchange for was out of stock but a new dress ordered! Emailed received dress will be with us Monday!What the wife doesnt know is she is getting the other dress as well just in the next size up! This company have gone beyond what youd expect in customer service, I came off the phone full of confidence that the whole confusing mess is in hand. The only issue I will have now is my bank balance will suffer enormously as when I got in from work my wife has found 4 or 5 other dresses she wants! And she has chosen accessories to go with them!
I have brought 7 dresses from here, and every single one has been amazing. I love that they produce dresses that A) fit taller people (like me) and B) fit larger ladies, as my mum has Hypothyroid which causes weight gain (no fault of her own), this makes getting nice dresses harder. However, when she received her first Lady V London dress, it fitted perfectly which made her over the moon. Thanks again, and keep up the good work!
