A lovely little find in Hook, great coffee too :)
I have been a couple of times and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately today I did not have the same experience. The staff were not that friendly. The hazelnut latte and hot chocolate were really good, but I ordered the English muffin breakfast and instead I got a roll. When I went to pay and commented on the my English muffin being a bread roll, I was told that it was the new muffins and she turned her back on me. So that is why I am giving it a 1 star.
Top notch service & eat-in/out food choices. Should do more to advertise as I only happened upon by chance!
Small chain offers excellent coffee and really good cakes at reasonable prices. Also do decent cooked food selection.
